The Moon and Stars Project was founded in 2002 in New York as a not-for-profit, all-volunteer organization, dedicated to promoting greater cultural interaction between the United States and Turkey, and highlighting the changing face of Turkey's arts and culture scene.
In 2011, following a decade of cutting-edge arts and culture programs, and having built a dedicated corps of viewers and supporters, Moon and Stars Project has become a part of The American Turkish Society, a pioneer organization committed to enhancing ties between the U.S. and Turkey.
We are confident that operating as part of The American Turkish Society will give Moon and Stars Project greater strength in its efforts to give Turkish arts and culture further visibility in the United States.
Thank you for your continued support.
